They should all be showing now. Just a couple left with funky names I need to sort out somehow.

Someone generously finished a marathon upload session in the WiiWare Vault so I've been looking into that. Everything's in the database but some games aren't showing and it seems games with the WiiWare specific metadata "Channel, Shortcut" and "DLC" causing problems. I'll need to update the Vault listings to better support console specific metadata.
