I have received that error too. Here's some ways I fixed it.
1. Don't use the site for a few days and it fixes itself.
2. Disable your adblocker (If you have one).
3. Clear your cookies/Cash (If possible.
4. If all else fails try a different browser such as Firefox or opera.

Been trying to play a game. Constantly getting error 400,403,or 429 from my download manager. Could anyone help?
