So in hindsight the wiiware vault actually has the DLC lol

So two things
1 that link is a direct download. (It'll download when you click it)
2 This wad is notorious for not working as is. The fix iirc was just install it normally to your Wii like any other wad, run the game then close it, then go to your saves and look for one with a blue head that I believe was named "pay2play", delete that save and then relaunch the game. That should be it if I'm not mistaken.
I can not find the thread that I originally got this information from sadly. Also if the dlc just works immediately then play it and ignore the workaround I guess.
