Some Saturn Vault issues

1. The download at https://vimm.net/vault/60760 gives a corrupted archive that is only 86 MB when it should be around 385 MB and gives no option to upload the correct one.


2. The following discs are not being linked to in the Vault but instead each have duplicate entries that both link to the same disc:

Devil Summoner - Soul Hackers (Japan) (Disc 02)

Devil Summoner - Soul Hackers + Ronde (Japan) (Demo 1)

House of the Dead, The (Japan) (Rev A)

Shining Wisdom (Japan)

There may be more that I haven't found yet.


3. The links under "Missing/Outdated games" link to the wrong discs that have already been uploaded.
