Download Speed Much slower in GameCube games why?

When downloading GameCube ROMs my download speed is around 35 KB, but when I download Wii Roms my download speed goes up to 4.6 MB. I noticed this happening yesterday, before then my download speed for GameCube ROMS would be the same as the Wii. Anyone know what can be going on or how to fix it?
