This one is not available where the others are. I was only able to find it on nopaystation at this url:

It might be on one of the other myriad sites but that one came up first. Many others had links which were down.
This specific version, as a pkg, needs to be converted to disk folder format but that shouldn't be hard.
Also I am unaware if it is possible to upload to the vault.
