Metal Gear Solid Legacy Edition PS3

So when I download this nearly 40GB file, I thought both discs would be included but for whatever reason it's only disc 2....which makes no sense to me given the fact it's the same 3 games in the MGS HD collection but that is only 16GB.

Am I missing something here? Is disc 1 hidden somewhere in the 7zip file?
