You would be much better off downloading sets from Archive.org, just look for "No-Intro" sets for cartridge based games and "ReDump" sets for disc based games.

For example, this collection has every cartridge based game up to the GBA, you just have to make a account to download from it.

You can then use a download manager like JDownloader 2 to do mass downloads.

I tried emailing you, but never got a reply. Is there anyway to download an entire game library at once? Not something insanely large, but say the entire n64 library. I have a pretty good amount of the roms, but obviously this websites list is the best. Does anyone else who sees this have any insight? I am a data hoarder and gamer and would very much like to get these gathered. As stated in my email, if some freak situation were to happen that the site lost its roms (which im sure it wouldnt) I could be asked to re-upload my copy. Anyways, thanks a ton for everything you've done for the retro community!!
