This should be the right one, you may need to mess with the region setting on your emulator to get it to play at the right speed.
This clearly isn't a legitimate game but I seen videos of it on sites including YouTube. Spawnwave has a video about weird eBay finds and he bought it from there and I haven't been able to find anywhere to download load it and I don't have an original NES to buy and play the game. I hope you're able to find this. I would love to experience it.
