Takeshi's Challenge. Not sure if there are 50 women in the game but you can always check to see since there are wandering NPCs.
Good Arisings - What are some good (possibly retro) games to do the kill 50 women challenge? Most people do it on gta games but me and Mr. Quiznos are looking for some not obvious games to complete the challenge on.
