Hi I made this account just to put this Manual up so other's can have it as every copy I see for sale doesn't have it. It is in PDF format scanned at a decent high-res, though i am not entirely sure if the arrengment of the pages is correct (The cover and the end are splitted into two separate pages in the pdf and i don't know how join them) anyway I hope it helps.
