seriously please enable external download managers

I literally can't download any game over 1 GB without one. I *need* to throttle my speed so I don't crash my mobile hotspot. When right clicking the "download" button on a title, you get no context menu, and when you copy the download link using browser tools and paste it into a download manager, Ie https://download5.vimm.net/download/?mediaId=70275, you get error 22, or "bad header". I just want to be able to use your service but I'm just unable to. I would use other sites but I trust this one the most.
