"Jam Pack Summer 2002" is probably "PlayStation Underground Jampack: Summer 2002".
The serial should be "SCUS 97206" and a barcode of "7 11719 72062 1" if it is the same.

I have a somewhat related question. I noticed that this meant that the games were missing. For PS2, it looks like a lot of the Jam Pack Summer/Winter Demo discs are missing. I actually have "Jam Pack Summer 2002" but it isn't even listed. I'll happily upload it to the site if someone could get it listed. I also have the other packed away somewhere and will work on getting them uploaded. I know they're just demos but I enjoy browsing through the extras from time to time.
