can't download anything

so i was able to successfully download and install GOD OF WAR 1&2 and the ps2 emulator, however now im trying to install a ps1 emulator and silent hill 1 and its saying im already downloading something and that i should cancel it when if im not. then when i try to cancel it it says cant cancel download. im not trying to download at the same time so idk what the issue is. im using chrome as my browser. can anyone help?
