Connection taking too long on android.

So I'm trying to download a game for the gba vault but I keep getting error of "connection is taking to long" so I decided to look at other vaults to see if I'm getting the same problem & yeah same error.
Yes i know there is a solution on pc but I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this error on android?
