Persona 2 has two versions: Innocent Sin and Eternal Punishment. The West only got Eternal Punishment on PS1 and Innocent Sin on PSP, despite both being on PS1 and PSP. Lycan is asking for the PSP version of Eternal Punishment.

English patch? IIRC P2:EP has an official english release in the psn ps one classics which means there's an official english psn eboot out there.
Or are you looking for a different english translated one?
