Online Play not functioning

Hey, so I was playing online play for Pokemon: Crystal since I haven't had a chance to play it, and it's not working for me these pass two days. It loads but stays on the loading screen saying Bios loaded and Game data loading, but doesn't go beyond that no matter what button I press. I don't want to lose all my progress. At least if I can get the save data I can use it for an emu, but I can't even get it on. Heeeeelp!
