Found a few bad xiso images for xbox games

Is there a way to report issues with certain game images that are in the vault. I've found a few xiso images that may be corrupt or bad. They unzip just fine but when using the xiso extraction tool it gives an error message that the files is corrupt. I've tried various tools and they all give the similar messages. Listed a few below if anyone wants to verify:

- Burnout
- Crash Bandicoot - The Wrath of Cortex
- Fuzion Frenzy
- Genma Onimusha

Will eventually try the full ISO and burn to a disc to see if I can get them on my xbox that way. If so I will try and generate a new xiso but not sure how to go about getting that uploaded.
