A PS1 game is entirely missing from the site

The game "LSD: Dream Emulator", which is a real licensed game for the PlayStation (SLPS01556) is nowhere to be found in The Vault nor is it listed in the missing PS1 games section.
I physically own a copy of this game and will be happy to upload the ROM if an entry for it is made.
