Try setting PCSX2 to software mode. It mentions software mode fixing "graphical issues" but doesn't explain what they are, so it might help, might not.

Hi guys just wondering if there's a fix for the half a screen issues whilst playing the game it works fine on the menu screens but In gameplay only half a screen
