Had trouble only with some obscure games, like Japan (region) or Europe, but only so far in 2 cases, got speeds around 10kbps, i mean thats very slow.
But usually 1-2mbs, i think its ok, for especially like PS2 era games, but PS3, XBOX360 i think its a bit on the slow side. Still patience is key here.

It's not your end, it's the server's end. A lot of people are usually downloading roms from this site, and the server isn't fast enough to provide everyone with full bandwidth.
