How do I upload a ROM for a game not listed?

I ripped the nds ROM for the DSiWare version of Plants vs. Zombies, but I have no clue where to upload it or have it approved. It has less content than PvZ DS, but it also has an exclusive minigame not found in the original, so I'd figure it's worth preserving.
