so if Pirate, Homebrew or Aftermarket archives are now excluded from Vimm, then why is there a possibility to upload them, but to download???

not really pointless since all the officially released games during a console life span are here in this vault. Though it is a shame that aftermarket and homebrew not here in the vault.
