There is no PS3 version of 7 Days to Die, alpha or otherwise. The original PS4 and Xbox One releases had split screen, so that's probably what you're thinking of.

I had a physical copy of a real physical 7 days to die ps3 alpha build but lost it. Anyone please this copy was the only version of 7 days that had splitscreen
