Redump lists two variants of DAO:UE, 1.0 and 1.01. The 1.0 variant had a glitch that prevented installation of one of the DLCs, and the 1.01 variant was patched to fix this glitch.

I don't know for sure, but I suspect these version numbers specifically track revisions of the physical disc and do not always reflect the software revision on the disc.

so some ps3 games in the vault are marked v1.01 but are just v1.0 without the v1.01 pkg. EXAMPLE: Dragon Age: Origins - Ultimate Edition, Ultimate Edition version 1.0 is = to base original updated v1.04. but there is a "Ultimate Edition v1.01" but its not on the disc itself an was only released as pkg. an same for other ps3 games. all discs should be v1.0.
