Top Gear 3000 was not released commercially in 1994. Both the PAL (EU) and NTSC (JP/NA) versions of the game were first sold to the public in 1995, with February 1995 being the release date for the NTSC version specifically. The copyright on the game's intro screen states 1994 but the copyright date is not always the same as the release date. The Gremlin logo is only shown on the PAL version because the NTSC version was published by Kemco instead of Gremlin. Gremlin was a UK company, so they published the PAL version themselves while contracting Kemco to handle overseas distribution. So it would make sense then that an "early version" of the game would have the Gremlin logo.
However, Puerto Rico is part of the United States and thus uses the NTSC television standard. Unless you imported a PAL standard television and a PAL console (not totally impossible since some LatAm countries used PAL-type TV standards, but this would be something you would have noticed since the TV would have failed to pick up any local stations and the console would have failed to play any locally released games), you were not playing an early beta version of the game.
I know you ever heard bout the Mystery of Secret Bonus B on Top Gear 3000. I resolve the mystery... The games Of Top gear 3000 that got released after February 1995..Japanese or European .doesn't have the trigger for that bonus. But in Puerto Rico..1994 before that time I did got an early version of the game . It has the same intro as the European version of the game .saying Gremlin logo. That version of the game Secret Bonus B did worked. But it was kinda hard to get. Sometimes it did come out without getting the other bonuses.. can you dig in this and maybe can find the real cartridge .abd dump it and put in on ur latest Snesren. I saw you released a Top Gear 3000 [h1C] but it still doesn't give Secret Bonus B.
