Yes, upon review I meant to say install, and circumnavigation through advanced flow is proposed to be rather simple. I simply wished to reach out in hopes of gaining some sort of traction, as this is really the only emulation community I am a part of. Speaking of, while I can, shout out and respect to you Vimm. You have literally been through hell (legally and otherwise) and back multiple times, and are still able to run and maintain one of the best video game preservation sites of all time. Love to all my emulation enthusiasts, and here's to hoping this update doesn't crimp availability too much.
The update will not block file downloads, just installs. Plus, the "power user" exemption will most likely just involve enabling developer mode, which is fairly easy to do.
