Lost Levels not talking about the SNES version the us got talking about the Japan NES version.

Are you talking about Lost Levels or Doki Doki Panic? Lost Levels did make it to the US as part of Super Mario All-Stars and on Virtual Console and the Switch NES collection, but Doki Doki Panic has yet to be officially released outside of Japan, probably due to licensing issues (Nintendo does not own the rights to the unaltered game).

Both Japanese releases were Famicom Disk System releases, which are not included in the NES vault at the moment. You can find them on Myrient or the Internet Archive.
