Well, I meant that I'm surprised that their sales went back up as much as they did. That hiccup you mentioned was what I was talking about, regarding the "crashing" remark. :-)

You must not watch the stock market, because they have surged since they went public from a few dollars a share to almost $300. The only hiccup was when they had to split the by mail and streaming services, effectively doubling their pricing, but it's still selling for around $150 a share and growing.
The service I'm surprised that's still around is Gamefly. Back in 2011 it was reported that they were spending more money on shipping fees than they were making from subscriptions. If Netflix started a game rental service with their resources they probably could knock Gamefly out of commission in a year.
