I doubt it seriously; they don't come with CD/DVD drives. It might support external drives through USB connections, but for a portable device like Android or iPads, that's kind of overkill.

Touch screens have come a long was since I first pressed those spongy screens at the Science Center as a kid. Touch is great and all but it's not the solution for everything. After all the remote was invented so I don't have to touch my TV. Windows 8 has a small user base and many don't have touch screens so I can't see that being a priority for developers for a while. Perhaps there are some emulators for iPad or Android?
