I see. Well, you've got nothing to worry about then. As long as you keep a decent firewall and be weary of the websites and programs you interactive with you probably won't even notice it.
The only real worry is a new exploit is disocovered/taken advantage of and Windows won't be around to release a patch.

well i'm not looking for a permanent solution to xp not being supported. just one that will get me through the next three or four months until i finish paying for my new sytem
