Super Punch out bad rom

I think the super punch out rom is a bad dump. After getting 4-0 records on the first 3 circuits, the Special Circuit does not unlock. This is a documented issue. (http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/588747-super-punch-out/37767411). The version on emuparadise does not have this issue.
