A few technical details if anyone's interested. The OS was upgraded to Windows Server 2012 R2, the database upgraded to SQL Server 2016, and PHP upgraded to PHP 7 and switched to 64 bit. That's a lot to change at once so hopefully it behaves.
A major software upgrade was completed on the web server today. Everything should be up and running again, so please report any problems on the Message Board or via email.
