Are these rom sites safe?

So, I just realized there was an FFA link tab. When I opened it I found some new rom sites.
Anyway, I was wondering if the rom sites are monitierd to make sure they are safe and wont damage/harm my computer by giving me malware or any other thing like slow it down.
The few in particular I am wondering about are:
