The biggest problem is that some of these games require anti-piracy patches to work on platforms like nds_bootstrap. The anti-piracy patcher most commonly used won't recognize most multi-language carts (the Bowser's Inside Story rip being put into the DS-Scene Rom Tool is a good example of this) and to get the patch to fully work I need to go download from another source.

The Nintendo DS Vault has the latest version of every game released in the US. You can verify them in No-Intro for yourself. If you have proof No-Intro is wrong I'm sure they'd appreciate a fix.
