Error 401

Getting Error 401(in the tab name) every time I try to make a download. I've never downloaded from here, and I get the "Please wait for your download to finish before starting another.
Apologies if you see this by mistake, we're trying something new!" message.
I have no download accelerators or VPN, so I'm getting quite flummoxed
