Sorry about that, but the way you worded it made it seem like it took 4 minutes to download the file, not to wait for it to start.
I've noticed this too, but I guess there's nothing we can do except wait for an answer/fix.

Allow me to clarify. 4 minutes of nothing. Download not even started. Then less than one second to actually download the file. That's not my internet. 4 minutes of "waiting on download.vimm.net" isn't my internet. It's the site forcing a wait period, using resources to make me wait and keep the connection active, when just serving the file would be much faster and more efficient.
