I have the same problem. I'll click "download" and then be forced to wait for 3-5 minutes before it actually starts. And then it does fine when it starts downloading. For example, I clicked the download button for Super Mario Bros, waited for 5 minutes, and then the download triggered and it took 5 seconds.

I get the one download at a time. I get the bandwidth limiting. What I don't get is why there's a 4 minute wait on a file that takes less than a second to download. Waiting 4 minutes for a 291KB file? What?
