There's three things that can get this error message to appear. One is to use a download accelerator, which won't work with the site. The other is to use Windows Vista. The last is to use Internet Explorer, which has had incompatibility problems with sites for years.

It doesn't matter what emulator I am downloading it for every ROM will not download. Everytime it pops up with the message: "Please wait for your download to finish before starting another. Apologies if you see this by mistake, we're trying something new!" and the page reads Vimm's Lair: Error 401
