Can not download any ROMS

I have been trying for a while but nothing works I get this error:


Please wait for your download to finish before starting another.

Apologies if you see this by mistake, we're trying something new!


I have seen people who suggested reasons why it may happen but none of those apply to me (for example a download accelerator or internet explorer I have neither) and I have download games from this site before with this computer hope someone can help
