There's also the fact that once you try to download a game, you should stay on that page until the download starts.

I am not sure how the website tracks your download, but I believe, if you are truly not downloading a ROM, force quitting/ending the task of your browser and reopening it should work.

If it does not, restarting your router should work.

If that doesn't work, then it's probably a server sided error.
