I have Windows 10 and it's the emulator is PSX, the file has a .cue file but it's in a VLC video form, so when I select it, VLC media player comes up. It also has the single img file but that gets stuck on the loading screen.

OS? Emulator?

When I unzip this the inner folder only contains a .cue and an .img file.
