Windows 1252 fonts

When i load most of my Wii games, it comes up with "Trying to access Windows-1252 Fonts but they are not loaded." and most of the time the game won't let me get far like in Paper Mario 1000 doors when right after meeting with the professor, he stops moving while at the gate and just stands there. I'm guessing this is an error due to this message above. Any tips?
