FYI Using RetroArch with Dolphin

Just a general question as to what everyone does for Wii game remotes... I have a Logitech Remote that so face (Fingers crossed) has worked out of the box with all my games. Except Wii games. Do I need to get some kind of special setup? or is there a setting I can change to have the game detect the remote? I really do not want to have to map it button by button...
