He hosts the files himself I'm pretty sure. Plus, adding it to a site like rapidgator or mediafire can result in the roms being taken down if people report it. Plus, it's slow/one game at a time to save bandwidth to keep the site up the whole month.

Can you add the files to file hosting site like rapidgator? I downloaded a few games and it's a bit slow and only one at a time.
