Seems like as though downloads for the OG XBOX either come in .xiso.iso files or ISO.
Although I'm not an expert and generally not too sure on these things can't you just convert your .XBE files to one of the two accepted ISO formats on Vimm's?

I have a few games not currently in the original Xbox library, but they come in the .XBE format not Disk so they can only be ran on CXBX emulator not sure if those are accepted here.
