Hi...
While I'm not the site owner, I can safely say that as it's been asked many times before, the same response came in droves each time...
To protect the server, a downloading speed cap has to be set or the server would be hulkslammed and dead by now...
Literally a whole planet of gamer having been put in knowledge of this site's existence is downloading from there...
