Hi... PS Vita Emulation sucks badly... Too soon for it... And for 3DS, the Big N is watching you...
Remember that as a "rule of thumb", it needs to have at least one generation gap BETWEEN the present generation and the last SHOWABLE generation... We live in the GEN 9 consoles era presently, so the last one that can be assumed on this site is GEN 7... 3DS and Vita are both GEN 8...

There seems to be some noticeably missing platforms on here that I feel should be available if you are willing to open sections for them, I can personally donate many of my game files and I'm sure others would be willing to as well. I will list the platforms I think you should add;
