I'll see about finding the ROM so I can hear the tune myself. Not sure it's designed to work in an NES emulator, though.
But my first guess is that it's an NES version of a public domain Midi file.

Yeah, sorry, I meant for the NES. I find it hard to believe that such a great tune as this one was just created for this single pirate cartridge; it might have been ripped from an actual game. If somebody is familiar with both then I'd be happy. :) (Btw, sorry for double-posting the thread.)
