100% is not from this site. TrojanClicker;Win32/DoplikQ is known to be downloaded from PPI (Pay Per Install) sites.
It almost certainly wasn't from this site, I've been using this site for years on different systems and I regularly run virus scans.
Since it's detectable by a scanner, more people would be talking about it if it came from this site.
